Our Trout Series Floating Tips come in three lengths: 5 feet, 7.5 feet, and 10 feet.

The 5-foot tips weigh 20 grains, the 7.5-foot tips weigh 35 grains, and the 10-foot tips weigh 50 grains.

They work well with Commando Heads and Commando SMOOTH lines ranging from 150 to around 250 grains.

The 5-foot floating tips are designed for rods from 6 to about 9 feet long.

The 7.5-foot floating tips are your standard choice for trout rods in the 8 to 10 foot range, including the popular 9-foot rods.

Our 10-foot Trout Floating Tips work best on switch rods from 10 to 12 feet in length.
