We ship with DHL or GLS with Std Shipping.

Shipping Typically takes:
2-5 business days for deliveries within the EU.
4 - 10 Business days for deliveries to Norway, Switzerland, UK

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and are clearly displayed in the cart.

Our prices are in EUROS and include the statutory value-added tax.

Germany
For shipping costs, postage, and packaging, we charge a one-time, proportional flat fee of 6.95€ per order within Germany.

EU States
For delivery to EU member states we charge a proportional fee as follows:
0 - 0.45Kg              6.95€ 
0.46Kg – 1,5Kg     14.95€

Norway, Switzerland and UK
For delivery to EFTA member states we charge a proportional fee as follows:
0 - 0.45Kg              9.95€ 
0.45Kg – 1,5Kg     24.95€

Note: Customs duties and taxes are not included in shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Use this number to track your package via our website or the carrier's website.

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
