ECHO Warranty Service
All ECHO rods are covered by their policy over the natural life of the product for the original owner at the discretion of Rajeff Sports. Service covers all manufacturer defects, incidental damage, or anything that is keeping your ECHO rod from performing in a fish-able manner. Normal wear and tear and cosmetic issues caused by sun exposure, saltwater, or other environmental factors are not covered by our warranty. This includes damages to blanks, hardware, and cork. Within Europe BalticFlyFisher handles warranty claims for Rajeff Sports. All warranty claims are dealt with in Europe. Damaged rods must be returned to BalticFlyFisher with a note indicating where to ship the replacement. Shipping fees will be charged at cost.
